Had a lovely stay with comfy beds and a nice retro vibe in the room. The pub downstairs is great for relaxing with a drink and the breakfast choices were tasty! The only hiccup was not being able to check in early, but that's a minor detail. 😊

The check-in process felt neglected due to reception hours only during pub hours!!! Heating issues in rooms left me uncomfortable in extreme cold!!! Maintenance needs attention with in-room safes and kettles not functioning!!!

Great place with free wi-fi, a lounge area, and a restaurant buffet. On my first stay, the staff helped me return my forgotten headphones. I highly recommend it. Can't wait to come back for xmas!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant buffet. On my first stay, the staff helped me with dining directions. I always feel welcome here and highly recommend it for anyone's stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The second-floor rooms offered comfortable amenities like extra pillows, a reading light, and heated bathroom floors, making for a cozy stay despite the cold outside. Breakfast was satisfactory with a consistent offering that fueled a day of exploration.

Checking in was a hassle, as the reception operates through the pub, leading to delays while patrons ordered drinks. The safe and fridge in the room were out of service, and the lack of a mat at the entrance made tracking in snow a bit messy.

the room was spacious and clean, very comfy with extra pillows and a kettle. breakfast was amaze with lots of options and even had a cozy pub downstairs. location is perfect, just a min from the bus station which was really handy. also, loved that there was a fridge in the room for snacks and drinks. overall, felt really relaxed and would totally stay here again!

the check-in was a bit slow since it was through the pub. also, i wished they had an earlier check-in time.
